2021 Camp AB and 2021-2022 School-Year Confirmation

Help us make sure all of our ducks are in a row and we have the most up-to-date information on your plans for summer and fall! Please complete one form per family. FYI, additional information will be collected/updated as we move towards the new school year in August, this form is mostly to clarify our rosters and see how many open spots we still have to offer potential families.

    Child one

    2021 Camp AB (June 3-July 30, 2021)

    Priority will be given to children who are enrolled full-time year-round. Check days of preferred attendance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the classroom’s overall attendance. During the summer, all children have the option of full or part time programs, as well as a "by the week" option. Children enrolled part-time for the full summer must attend the same days each week. Tuition may be paid weekly, monthly, or for the entire summer.

    2021-2022 School Year (August 7, 2021-May 27, 2022)

    Priority will be given to children who are enrolled full-time, year-round. Check days of preferred attendance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the classroom's overall attendance. Red and Yellow room children may enroll part or full-time. Blue room children must enroll full-time. Children enrolled part-time must attend the same days each week. Tuition may be paid weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, twice a year, or yearly.
