This form is not a binding contract or guarantee of enrollment. We do our best to accommodate everyone's schedule request, based on the overall enrollment of the appropriate class. Priority is given to children who are enrolled full-time, year-round. If your child is enrolled, there will be additional paperwork to complete, as well as a $100 enrollment fee for first time families.
